1. SMS Messaging Program

L&L Electrical Contractors LLC sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in through a form on our website. Non-promotional messages may include estimate follow ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, job updates, and review requests after service. Promotional messages may include seasonal offers, generator maintenance reminders, and news about our electrical services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (574) 404-1973. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. Help

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at llelectric.co.llc@gmail.com or (574) 404-1973.

4. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your requests and active jobs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. Website Information

The information on this website is for general purposes only. Every electrical job is different. Descriptions of services, timelines, and processes are not quotes or guarantees. Pricing and scheduling are confirmed only in a written or verbal quote from L&L Electric after reviewing your project.

8. Estimates and Fees

Estimates are available within our service area. Details about the estimate for your job are explained when you contact us. If a job requires a trip or diagnostic fee to troubleshoot, that fee will be explained before any work begins and is credited toward the final price if you hire L&L Electric for the job.

9. Scheduling

We do not offer online booking. All jobs are scheduled directly with our team after we review your request. Work is performed Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

10. Photos and Uploads

If you upload photos with a quote request, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you allow us to use them to review and quote your project.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, L&L Electrical Contractors LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing on this website replaces the terms of a written agreement for a specific job.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
